"Glasgow University Sailing Club would like to welcome you to the Glasgow Grouse on Bardowie Loch, for what will be the 4th year of this well-organised, well-attended and well-established event! It is an open team racing event, and we hope to see university teams, clubs, and old boys competing fiercely for the Grouse Trophy.

"With 4 flights of boats, 24 spaces, a crack race management team, and, of course, the famous ceilidh, this is on course to be the biggest and best Grouse yet.

"Entry fee covers:

-Hosting on Friday and Saturday nights

-A hot meal each day of the event

-Entry to the Friday and Saturday socials

"Entry fee will be £240 per team until the 14th of October. After that the price is £300. Last entry will be accepted on the 21st of October

"Last year we hit capacity several weeks before the event so be sure to enter early."

Scotland's First team racing event of the 2016-17 season, the Glasgow Grouse, in its fourth year, attracted 24 teams (and had to turn away a further 6).
